The master bedroom is upstairs and features a Queen-sized bed with ensuite including a spa. Also on the top floor is two modern bedrooms one with a queen bed and another with two single beds which share another bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
The generous kitchen has an oven, with a cooktop, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, and all the amenities required to make that special Tasmanian home cooked meal. Off the kitchen you have a kitchen table which seats up to 8 guests.
The family lounge is cleverly situated off the kitchen, with Tv and comfy couches, this is the perfect place for sharing and creating new memories. The second lounge offers a parent retreat, a place to sit in front of the fire and read a good book
Also, on the ground floor you find the fourth bedroom with a Queen size bed, a laundry, and a toilet.
The kitchen door opens directly out onto the outside entertainment area and BBQ area bringing outside inside. A generous private garden with a lawn and a huge backyard with amazing views of Mount Wellington and curious deer as neighbours, who appreciate a good feed through the back fence.

The home is located just a short 5km drive from Salamanca and a little closer to the Hobart CBD.
There is off street parking for two cars, and free off street parking. There is no guest access to garage.

IMPORTANT: THIS HOUSE IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE
We have implemented a strict Quiet Time between 10pm and 8am where there is to be no noise on the decks or outdoor areas.
We have had to implement the following policy due to a number of recent guests disregarding our house rules and creating unacceptable levels of noise at the house, causing a disturbance to our neighbours.
This home is situated in a quiet residential area. Guests should not create noise that could disturb our neighbours at any time during their stay.
In addition, there should be no excessive noise on the decks and outside areas at any time during your stay and noise inside the house should be at a level so as not to be heard from neighbouring properties.
The house is for accommodation only and is not suitable for parties, gatherings, or functions of any kind. There is to be no more than 2 visitors to the house without our prior written consent.
If you do not feel that you can abide by these rules DO NOT book this house. If you do book the house and disregard these rules, our neighbours will let us know. You will be asked to vacate the property immediately and may lose your booking fee and deposit.
If you can abide by these rules than our house may be the perfect holiday home for you.
Please note this waterfront property is NOT fenced so it is not recommended for young children unless fully supervised. Guests and visitors are the sole responsibility of the person booking the property and therefore required to inform everyone concerned of the safety considerations.
