Brand new contemporary 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located in a popular beachside suburb that sleeps up to 8 people comfortably.
It’s around a 15 minute drive to Hobart CBD and an easy stroll to Ocean Esplanade, which has some great restaurants and beautiful Blackmans Bay beach.
A short walk or a minute in the car will have you to at Bayview Market where you will find a bakery, bottle shop, pharmacy and the famous Hill Street Grocer plus more.

The space
This brand new Townhouse is set over 2 levels with a single garage and open plan living on the lower level flowing out on to a sunfilled deck, perfect for your afternoon cocktails. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms with super comfortable beds to sink in to after a enjoyable day of sightseeing.
The main bathroom has a walk in shower and a deep bath to relax in. The main bedroom has its own ensuite plus a smart TV. The 2nd bedroom also has a super comfortable queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds.
There is a small rumpus area which also has a smart TV and a pull out queen size sofa bed for extra guests.
The kitchen is a chef’s delight with everything you require to cook up a storm with quality appliances including a microwave and dishwasher.
The home is contemporary and stylish and promotes a feeling of peace, inviting you to simply relax into the super comfortable space. There are 3 smart TV’s in the Townhouse plus Wifi and Netflix.
Back down on the lower level you will find another powder room and laundry with a washer/dryer combo should you require laundry facilities.
All our linen is provided by our linen service, is professionally laundered, crisp and fresh!

Access is simple, it’s just down a short driveway from the road and it’s fully fenced and secure with room for 2 cars (single garage and extra parking spot next to the unit). Extra cars can also be catered for in the visitors parking spots located in the driveway.
There’s also a bus stop just around the corner for extra convenience.
