Competition Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility & Participation
- This competition runs throughout December. Each week, one unique coupon code will be made available.
- Participants must locate the coupon code and use it to confirm a booking through our official booking website.
- The coupon is one-time use only. The first participant to successfully confirm a booking using the coupon will be deemed the winner for that week.
- Coupon Validity
- The coupon is valid for stays in our holiday homes between 1 December 2025 and 30 June 2026.
- The coupon must be redeemed by 30 May 2026.
- A minimum stay of two nights is required to use the coupon.
- Exclusions
- The coupon cannot be used for bookings at the following properties:
- 183 Harrington Street, Hobart
- 24 Marlborough Street, Sandy Bay
- 1/4, 2/4, 3/4, 4/4, 5/4, 6/4, 7/4, 8/4, 9/4 Paige Court, Warrane
- 3/165 Cambridge Modern Villa, Warrane
- Booking & Payment
- All bookings made using the coupon are non-refundable (the coupon amount).

- We hold no responsibility for any technical issues, delays, or errors that may affect participation or booking.
- We reserve the right to:
- End the competition at any time without prior notice.
- Change or update the list of holiday homes included or excluded from the coupon offer at any time.

- Any misuse of the coupon or breach of these terms may result in cancellation of the booking.
