This lovely 2 – bedroom villa has been totally renovated with quality and style. It is tucked away at the rear of a small, quiet, beautifully maintained complex of 2 storey townhouses.
But, it’s an easy walk to some of Hobart’s top restaurants and shopping –Salamanca, Battery Point, CBD and of course Sandy Bay plus just 200 metres to the Beach for an early morning dip or bracing walk depending on the season.

The home easily accommodates 4 people upstairs in 2 generous and well- appointed separate bedrooms. The huge front bedroom even has a sun- drenched reading nook.
The kitchen and bathroom have both been totally renovated with top quality fittings to provide a modern, convenient and even luxurious experience.
