What’s not to love about this place. We had a great two week stay. The house catered for all our family needs. Everything felt new, clean and fresh. Everything has been very well planned out and thought of for guest comforts (aircon/ heating/ baby high chair and cott, very comfy beds and bedding/ new cooking appliances/ wifi/ smart TV, thoughtful and tasteful decorations throughout the house). The bedroom and bathroom upstairs gave privacy and separation for when our parents came to stay for a few nights.

The location was excellent and we walked into the cafe and restaurant strip everyday. There is also a fantastic IGA just 200m away, very handy. Bus stop across the road made it easy for us to catch a bus to the markets and to visit MONA.

Loved Lisa’s house, great location in North Hobart, well equipped house, comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Lisa was very good with communicating via messages. Highly recommend it for families or couples travelling together.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay at this Tasmanian house during our trip. The property was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, with all the household items and kitchen utensils in excellent condition. The host was very thoughtful, providing many thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The beds were also extremely comfortable, ensuring we had a good night's rest every day. This accommodation made our holiday even more perfect, and we highly recommend it to other travelers! We would love to stay here again in the future!

The communication leading up to and during the stay was top notch. House was immaculately clean and the location was absolutely amazing. Great location and easy 20 minute walk to the centre of the city. Can't wait to come back here again.

Great location, comfortable stay.

We loved our stay in this house. The views from the balcony are beautiful and the home is spacious and clean. We used the kitchen and found it ideal to make a quick group meal. The beds were comfortable. This house is lovely to use as a base to explore Hobart. Andrew and Lisa are responsive hosts who made our stay very enjoyable - looking forward to our next Hobart stay!

Our stay in this home was great. In a quiet area, wonderful view from the balcony, plenty of space to relax. Andrew and Lisa gave clear instruction for a quick and easy check in and I would enjoy staying here again.

Great big home suitable for families. We were a party of 6 over 4 generations (4 adults and 2x 5 and under)

- Large living space ( not a lot of room on couch for 6 people though)
- Location - 4 mins by car to shops
11 mins to access to ferry to Hobart cbd
-Lovely walking path and park near -
- large bathroom with shower out of bathtub
- good yard for kids with sandpit


Didn’t live so much
- very creaky floors- sleeping down stairs heard every time someone walked, upstairs anytime someone walked through night was very loud
- one toilet - with lots of people in house can be difficult
- windows rattled when evert windy - easily fixed with cardboard in them
- not enough cooling options for when it was hot 2 portable fans but 4 bedrooms
- no screens for flies

Spotlessly clean and well-equipped older house fronting the Derwent River. Excellent heating and very good beds. Owners were very responsive and helpful. A good place for a family group visiting Hobart.

We have lovely a weekend in this stay. Cozy and spacious house with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Good location and peaceful environment. Would love to stay here again!!
