The place is well designed and built. It’s very cozy and can accommodate a group. It got all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable. Love the view as well from living/kitchen area

The host is very responsive with your needs, check in/out very smooth.

Beautiful home. Architectural and design was amazing. Everything you need was there on offer. Everything was well thought. Even to all the extras eg. Electric blanket / heater / coffee machine/ filtered water / good quality towels.

Will def come back when we’re in Hobart again.

This is a lovely property and worked great for our family group (young ones and old). The only point to take into consideration would be that there is no allocated parking and the street parking surrounding the property was limited to 2 hours during the day (we found this to be no issue since we were out of the house with our cars most of the day anyway).

This character home built in the late 1800’s, has had a truly amazing renovation to create a perfect inner – city holiday home.
Set in the much sought after West Hobart and an easy walk into Hobart CBD, Salamanca or the North Hobart restaurant strip.
A spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, with a stunning open plan living, dining, kitchen zone and 2 private outdoor areas – both enjoying City and River views.
You could not ask for more for your special Hobart getaway.


The space

It is hard to describe just how beautifully this home has been renovated, polished floorboards, warm exposed brick walls, a bespoke kitchen with a specially designed and built steel plate benchtops, quality appliances and throughout a sense of style and sophistication.

Both bathrooms belong in Design magazines and the 2 Queen Size ground level bedrooms are large, charming and welcoming with plenty of storage and quality beds and mattresses.

The third bedroom is in its own second level space and has 2 excellent single beds and would be a great kids ‘hang out’.
The dining table has been crafted using timber taken from original home during renovation and like the whole house is both stylish and excellent quality.
There is street parking only but always seems to be plenty available either right out front or just around corner.
The only problem is that it may be very hard to leave.

Other things to note

We provide freshly laundered towels for each guest. Each bed has sheets, pillows and quilt. All linen is freshly laundered.
Check-in is usually after 2pm and check-out at 10am. Please let us know if you require early check-in or a later check-out and we will do our best to accommodate you.

A basic starter kit of tea, coffee and milk is supplied plus shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Porta cot available (on request only)
