The Space

Boasting 3 bedrooms with queen beds upstairs and a fully self-contained 2 bedroom apartment downstairs, it’s not only the accommodation that will win you over. It’s the expansive, open plan living areas that make this home a real showstopper. Entertaining from the well-appointed kitchen will be a breeze, with an open flow allowing you to move freely throughout the top floor.
With a rear deck with BBQ, and a front deck with table and chairs there enough room to separate yourself from the kids or the in-laws.

Other things to note

The entire house is available for guests to enjoy and use! As the house is very large for 4 guests or less the bottom level of the house will be locked off.

Please note the property is waterfront and unfenced. Please take this consideration when booking with young children.

IMPORTANT: THIS HOUSE IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE
We have had to implement the following policy due to a number of recent guests disregarding our house rules and creating unacceptable levels of noise at the house, causing a disturbance to our neighbours.
This home is situated in a quiet residential area. Guests should not create noise that could disturb our neighbours at any time during their stay.
We have implemented a strict Quiet Time between 10pm and 8am where there is to be no noise on the decks or outdoor areas.
In addition, there should be no excessive noise on the decks and outside areas at any time during your stay and noise inside the house should be at a level so as not to be heard from neighbouring properties.
The house is for accommodation only and is not suitable for parties, gatherings, or functions of any kind. There is to be no more than 2 visitors to the house without our prior written consent.
If you do not feel that you can abide by these rules DO NOT book this house. If you do book the house and disregard these rules our neighbours will let us know. You will be asked to vacate the property immediately and may lose your booking fee and deposit.
If you can abide by these rules than our house may be the perfect holiday home for you.
