Across the road from the beach and play park in one of Hobarts picturesque and upcoming suburbs of Lauderdale. Only 10 minutes from Hobart Airport and 25 minutes from the centre of the City you are perfectly positioned to base yourself for your Tasmanian adventure.
Lauderdale beach offers amazing sunsets and sunrises, secluded bays , great fishing ,water sports and walking tracks.
The home built in the 1950s’s, offers old world charm and all the modern cons necessary to keep everyone happy.
The Space

• Bedroom 1 – Master: King size bed, Ensuite bathroom with stand-alone rain shower, toilet, vanity, built in robe, Panel Heater, Garden view.
• Bedroom 2: King size bed, (splits into 2 long single ensembles please let hosts know of your sleeping arrangements) Television, Panel Heater and Wardrobe, Garden view
• Bedroom 3: Queen size bed, Shared access to main hallway bathroom, wardrobe, Panel Heater

IMPORTANT: THIS HOUSE IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE
We have had to implement the following policy due to a number of recent guests disregarding our house rules and creating unacceptable levels of noise at the house, causing a disturbance to our neighbours.
Our home is situated in a quiet residential area. Guests should not create noise that could disturb our neighbours at any time during their stay.
We have implemented a strict Quiet Time between 10pm and 8am where there is to be no noise on the decks or outdoor areas.
In addition, there should be no excessive noise on the decks and outside areas at any time during your stay and noise inside the house should be at a level so as not to be heard from neighbouring properties.
The house is for accommodation only and is not suitable for parties, gatherings or functions of any kind. There is to be no more than 2 visitors to the house without our prior written consent.
If you do not feel that you can abide by these rules DO NOT book this house. If you do book the house and disregard these rules our neighbours will let us know. You will be asked to vacate the property immediately and may lose your booking fee and deposit.
If you can abide by these rules then our home may be the perfect holiday home for you.
