The Space

The Townhouse has a single garage and open plan living flowing out on to a sun filled deck, perfect for your afternoon cocktails. You will find 3 bedrooms with super comfortable beds to sink in to after a enjoyable day of sightseeing.
The main bathroom has a walk in shower and a deep bath to relax in. The main bedroom has a King Size Bed and its own ensuite plus a smart TV. The 2nd bedroom also has a super comfortable King size bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds (which can be converted into a King Size Bed on request .

The kitchen is a chef’s delight with everything you require to cook up a storm with quality appliances including a microwave and dishwasher.

The home is contemporary and stylish and promotes a feeling of peace, inviting you to simply relax into the super comfortable space. There are 2 smart TV’s in the Townhouse plus Wifi .

There is a fully equipped laundry with a washer/dryer combo should you require laundry facilities.
All our linen is provided by our linen service, is professionally laundered, crisp and fresh!

IMPORTANT: THIS HOUSE IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE
We have had to implement the following policy due to a number of recent guests disregarding our house rules and creating unacceptable levels of noise at the house, causing a disturbance to our neighbours.

Our home is situated in a quiet residential area. Guests should not create noise that could disturb our neighbours at any time during their stay.
We have implemented a strict Quiet Time between 10pm and 8am where there is to be no noise on the decks or outdoor areas.

In addition, there should be no excessive noise on the decks and outside areas at any time during your stay and noise inside the house should be at a level so as not to be heard from neighbouring properties.

The house is for accommodation only and is not suitable for parties, gatherings or functions of any kind. There is to be no more than 2 visitors to the house without our prior written consent.

If you do not feel that you can abide by these rules DO NOT book this house. If you do book the house and disregard these rules our neighbours will let us know. You will be asked to vacate the property immediately and may lose your booking fee and deposit.

If you can abide by these rules then our home may be the perfect holiday home for you.
