The Space

The living spaces all flow naturally onto a spacious decks. French doors bring the inside of the house to the outside. With two living areas both with comfy lounges and large smart TVs. The main lounge has great views over Hobart , the second lounge room has a wonderful wood fire, so where will you be?

The kitchen, featuring modern appliances including Gas cooktops and dishwasher, is a showstopper and the casual dining and living spaces can comfortably accommodate the family gatherings but also offer the seclusion of intimate dining occasions. With a casual and formal dining area. All options are covered.

The main bedroom located away from the other 3 bedrooms giving a secluded feel with a King size bed and Bay windows looking out to Mount Wellington. The main bedroom also has a walk in robe and ensuite. featuring a shower ,toilet and vanity. The 2nd bedroom has bushland views and has a comfy Queen-size bed and built ins. The other two bedrooms have a single bed, both bedrooms are light and aired and have built ins with beautiful garden views .All three bedrooms are serviced by a large family bathroom with Shower, bathtub, vanity with a separate toilet.

The gardens and decks have been designed with peace and tranquility in mind. It’s just a short stroll from your impressive deck to the beautiful entertainment area with outdoor dinning and BBQ. which gives you bushland views or ever changing sea scape.

Other things to note

We have had to implement the following policy due to a number of recent guests disregarding our house rules and creating unacceptable levels of noise at the house, causing a disturbance to our neighbours.

Our home is situated in a quiet residential area. Guests should not create noise that could disturb our neighbours at any time during their stay.
We have implemented a strict Quiet Time between 10pm and 8am where there is to be no noise on the decks or outdoor areas.

In addition, there should be no excessive noise on the decks and outside areas at any time during your stay and noise inside the house should be at a level so as not to be heard from neighbouring properties.

The house is for accommodation only and is not suitable for parties, gatherings or functions of any kind. There is to be no more than 2 visitors to the house without our prior written consent.

If you do not feel that you can abide by these rules DO NOT book this house. If you do book the house and disregard these rules our neighbours will let us know. You will be asked to vacate the property immediately and may lose your booking fee and deposit.

If you can abide by these rules then our home may be the perfect holiday home for you.

Guest access

Guest have full use of the Top floor of the Home for the duration of their stay.
The bottom floor including the garage is not available to guests as it is used for storage. There is space for one car at the top of the driveway in front of the house. There is also plenty of free parking in front of the house.
