Huge family home situated in one Hobarts premium suburbs of Lindisfarne on Hobarts Eastern Shore. With panoramic views over the River Derwent to Mt Wellington. Only 15 Minute drive to both the CBD and Airport. This modern home offers you the space to enjoy time with the family/friends and time apart. The Space

The main bedroom offers great views, king size bed, Tv and built-in-robes, the second bedroom has a lovely double brass bed, and built-in robe, Bedroom three has a Queen size bed, television and built-in robes. the fourth bedroom has a King Size Bed which splits into two singles (please let the Host know prior to your stay to what combination you require.

There are 4 Living rooms, the first at the front of home with a fireplace. (The parents retreat). The second (the family room) is positioned at the back of the house with views of the Mountain, with large Television, this room also opens out to the deck. The 3rd living area (Teenage retreat) is found downstairs with a double fold out sofa bed and television with gaming console with games, for those that don’t to watch “The Crown”. Also, downstairs is a large living area (gathering place) ideal for the whole crew to gather and workout their next adventure.

For those who like to cook and entertain there is a 8 piece dining table dining table with 8 chairs, a well-appointed kitchen with a gas cooktop, and quality stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge.

During the winter months you are spoilt with both a wood fire and multiple Daiken inverter heat-pumps throughout the house.
Even though there are several televisions in the home, the real show is outside, sit back and enjoy the view, like the weather the view changes constantly. The Deck wraps around the house, like everything in the home there are multiples one upstairs and one down. With outdoor furniture and BBQ, the choice s either inside or out!

The home is tucked away behind the new privacy screen, with remote controlled gate to ensure you are afforded maximum privacy during your stay. Even though the Garage is not available there is room for two cars inside the gates, and another off-street parking at the front house Well maintained gardens including fruit trees surround the rear courtyard.

Other things to note

We have had to implement the following policy due to a number of recent guests disregarding our house rules and creating unacceptable levels of noise at the house, causing a disturbance to our neighbours.

Our home is situated in a quiet residential area. Guests should not create noise that could disturb our neighbours at any time during their stay.
We have implemented a strict Quiet Time between 10pm and 8am where there is to be no noise on the decks or outdoor areas.
In addition, there should be no excessive noise on the decks and outside areas at any time during your stay and noise inside the house should be at a level so as not to be heard from neighbouring properties.

The house is for accommodation only and is not suitable for parties, gatherings or functions of any kind. There is to be no more than 2 visitors to the house without our prior written consent.

If you do not feel that you can abide by these rules DO NOT book this house. If you do book the house and disregard these rules our neighbours will let us know. You will be asked to vacate the property immediately and may lose your booking fee and deposit.

If you can abide by these rules then our home may be the perfect holiday home for you.
