The Space

Relax in the jacuzzi on the deck with a glass of champagne, take in the stunning views of the river all the way down to the mouth of the D’Entrecasteaux Channel and Bruny Island or watch the yachts sail around the river on this ever-changing seascape.
This beautiful home has many different ways to relax after a busy day out. Enjoy a BBQ and kick back on the outdoor lounge or relax around the fire pit in the amazing outdoor gabion style entertainment area which also takes in the stunning views. We also offer an incredible theatre room equipped with six comfortable recliner chairs or maybe some would like to sit up at the celery top pine bar at the back of the room. The theatre room offers an 83inch Smart TV with surround sound system and comes with a basic Foxtel package giving an amazing atmosphere for movies and sporting events. You will have the option to log into your Netflix, Stan or other similar accounts so there’s nothing left to do but sit back and enjoy watching your favourite shows in style.
The lower-level rumpus area is a room set up for the kiddies to have their own space with a couch, bean bags, tv and play station for their own entertainment.
The bedrooms consist of a spacious master bedroom offering a king size bed where you can wake up and take in the amazing views down the river and across to the mountain. It contains a large built-in wardrobe where you can unpack and set yourself up for your stay.

The second bedroom offers a king size bed which can be split into two king singles if required for the children or other adults. This bedroom offers some river and mountain views and is also equipped with a built-in wardrobe.
The third bedroom is situated off the main lounge area and offers a queen size bed with a free standing clothes rack.
The fourth bedroom is situated on the lower level and is equipped with a queen size bed and built in wardrobe. It has access to its own toilet and bathroom.
The main bathroom is a spacious room with shower, vanity and corner spa and there is a separate toilet.
There is ample off street parking as the house is equipped with two drive ways.
You will not be disappointed in booking this property so book now to avoid missing out.

Other things to note

We have had to implement the following policy due to a number of recent guests disregarding our house rules and creating unacceptable levels of noise at the house, causing a disturbance to our neighbours.

Our home is situated in a quiet residential area. Guests should not create noise that could disturb our neighbours at any time during their stay.
We have implemented a strict Quiet Time between 10pm and 8am where there is to be no noise on the decks or outdoor areas.

In addition, there should be no excessive noise on the decks and outside areas at any time during your stay and noise inside the house should be at a level so as not to be heard from neighbouring properties.

The house is for accommodation only and is not suitable for parties, gatherings or functions of any kind. There is to be no more than 2 visitors to the house without our prior written consent.

If you do not feel that you can abide by these rules DO NOT book this house. If you do book the house and disregard these rules our neighbours will let us know. You will be asked to vacate the property immediately and may lose your booking fee and deposit.

If you can abide by these rules then our home may be the perfect holiday home for you.
