The Space

The beautiful contemporary villa blends comfort and elegance. It is designed to usher in natural light and breezes during Summer and hold in the warmth in winter but on those days when you will need additional cooling or heating there is reverse cycle air conditioning .Everything brand new, features being top quality beds and linen, wifi, large screen TV, laundry facilities, tea/coffee.

Lower level has the master bedroom with a comfy king size bed with built in wardrobe with its own ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity.
Encompassing the kitchen, living and dining domains, the first floor delivers free-flowing and open social spaces. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to prepare that special holiday dinner. Sit down and enjoy your meal looking out of over the tree line street, or just sit back and relax on the comfy couches and watch the large smart TV. Also you on this level is the second bedroom with a queen size bed with built ins, and a second bathroom with laundry.
From the top level you can access the amazing private court yard, with a delightful garden, BBQ and outdoor setting.
You have your own generous sized parking space, and further street parking.
